What Is True Colors®?

True Colors® is a proven personality assessment and team-building framework that uses four colors—Blue, Gold, Green, and Orange—to help people understand their own personality style and appreciate the strengths of others. It’s easy to learn, memorable, and fun to apply in everyday interactions.

In this workshop, participants will:

  • Discover their own color spectrum through engaging activities
  • Learn how to recognize and work effectively with different personalities
  • Understand how to better connect with guests, clients, and team members
  • Build empathy and reduce misunderstandings
  • Laugh, interact, and enjoy the process while learning

Workshop Structure

This 3-hour workshop blends short teaching segments with interactive exercises, discussions, and group activities, such as:

  • Icebreakers to set the tone and engage participants
  • Color Sort activities to discover your personality spectrum
  • Graphing and visual exercises to reinforce learning
  • Group Brightening exercises to explore values, joys, and stressors of each color
  • Blended Application activities to practice working together in mixed-color teams

Works for large or small groups — and the bigger the group, the more energy and fun!

1. Corporate & Professional Organizations

Designed for businesses, leadership teams, and corporate retreats focusing on ROI and team dynamics.

  • Professional Facilitation Fee: $3,500.00
  • Duration: 3 Hours

2. Non-Profit & Educational Institutions

A reduced rate offered to 501(c)(3) organizations, community groups, and schools.

  • Community Facilitation Fee: $1,500.00
  • Duration: 3 Hours

3. Faith-Based & Ministry Engagements

For churches and ministry organizations. My primary goal is to serve the mission of the local church.

  • Facilitation Fee: Honorarium.
  • Preaching/Speaking: Available for Sunday services or special events in conjunction with the workshop.

Logistics & Expenses

Travel & Reimbursement

For engagements outside of the local Nashville area, the following travel policies apply:

  • Mileage: Billed at the current IRS standard rate.
  • Overnight/Long Distance: Client is responsible for reasonable out-of-pocket expenses (airfare, lodging, and ground transportation).
  • All travel expenses exceeding $200.00 will be submitted for client approval prior to booking.
